Returns and withdrawal from the contract

The consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Consumer Rights Act). The same right applies to a sole trader where the purchase is not of a professional nature for them.

1. Statement: send the withdrawal statement to shop@yolobikes.info or by post to ul. Mościckiego 9, 28-130 Stopnica. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory.
2. Return of goods: send the goods back within 14 days of submitting the statement to ul. Mościckiego 9, 28-130 Stopnica. Before returning a vehicle, please contact us to arrange transport.
3. Return cost: the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Estimated cost of returning a vehicle by pallet transport: [to be completed: amount] PLN.
4. Refund: we refund the full amount paid, including the cost of the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back. The refund is made using the same payment method, unless the buyer agrees to another.
5. Condition of goods: the buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. riding on public roads, mileage, vehicle registration).
